VBS-Healthcare is a family-owned business which was founded by Mike and Chipo Mbondiah, a husband-and-wife team who share a passion for empowering people through professional quality care delivery. Mike is the Registered Manager and Managing Director. He has a wealth of experience that include marketing, leadership and management training, clinical skills training, consultancy and coaching. Chipo is a Director and Nominated Individual. She is a Registered General Nurse by profession and has previously held management positions in the healthcare sector.

They both have valuable care experience of empowering people through delivering healthcare packages to individuals who live with different health conditions that include dementia, respiratory conditions and sensory impairment. In total, their experience adds up to over 40 years.
